
Lately, I’ve been ordering our veggies from Farm2Metro, saw yellow watermelon in the list of products and I decided to order one. Just out of curiosity, really. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always preferred red watermelon over yellow. I thought it was sweeter and more luscious. It turns out that yellow watermelon is great for making salad. Crunchier, firmer and less watery. The pieces hold their shape better after all the tossing. So, yes, I am now a yellow watermelon fan.
